Founded in 2014, S. P. Reed Inc. is a certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE). The Founder and President, Sean Reed, is a combat wounded veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, and was awarded two Purple Hearts from injuries sustained in heavy combat operations. Phil Reed, CFO is a partner and co-founder, and has more than 40 years experience in industrial & commercial construction, as well as material supply experience. Our other team members are well educated in materials and can help with interpreting standards and specifications when needed.
Our goal is to offer quality products to the construction industry at competitive prices. We understand the need for products to be delivered on-time. Accuracy is also very important to us.
